Prim Hall's manufacturing facility in Plattsburgh, NY. Spent over two
months collecting test data and revising the software development
plan. Created stretch goals and provided motivation to the engineering
team to perform. Directed the installation and startup of the Collator
Cell Control System at Chicago Tribune's Sunday Packaging Facility
(onsite for 8 months). Prepared schedules and project status reports.
Regularly attended meetings with the directors at the Tribune to
formulate project execution strategies for the engineering team.
Relieved engineer's involvement with management tasks in an effort to
focus their attention on the engineering tasks at hand.
